CHP bu yasama y\u0131l\u0131nda da ilkeli ve tutarl\u0131 politikas\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fi olarak y\u00fczde 10 se\u00e7im baraj\u0131n\u0131n kabul edilebilir bir orana indirilmesini \u00f6nermi\u015f, bu iste\u011fini kamuoyu ile payla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, TBMM\u2019de de dile getirmi\u015ftir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki Anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi i\u00e7in referanduma giderken ileri demokrasiden ba\u015fka laf etmeyenler demokratik temsilin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak ve se\u00e7menin iradesini tam olarak meclise yans\u0131tacak yasal d\u00fczenlemeyi yapmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece meclise girmek i\u00e7in yasalar\u0131 dolanmaktan ba\u015fka se\u00e7enek b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Gelinen bu noktada iyi niyetle hareket edilerek se\u00e7im takvimi aksat\u0131lmadan soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunabilir. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi, bu nedenle meclisin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc toplanmas\u0131n\u0131, se\u00e7im baraj\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek dahil, al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemleri zaman ge\u00e7irmeden al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. CHP olarak sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulana kadar aral\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6neriyle bu sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131da bulunmaya haz\u0131r\u0131z. TBMM\u2019de temsil edilen siyasi partilerle birlikte, demokrasiden, hukuktan yana olanlar\u0131 da bu \u00f6nerimize destek vermeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nce di\u011fer siyasi partilerin tavr\u0131n\u0131 bilmemiz gerekiyor. \u00d6zellikle iktidar partisinin.<\/p>\n<p>Biz demokratik s\u00fcrecin tam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6neriye a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131z. Ama se\u00e7imlerin \u00f6telenmesinin do\u011fru oldu\u011funa inanm\u0131yoruz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde parlamento soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilir. Her parti haz\u0131rsa zaten bir mesele kalmaz. Bir hafta on g\u00fcnde b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar a\u015f\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Anayasa ve siyasi partiler yasas\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapmak gerekiyor. Ge\u00e7ici maddeler ilave etmek gerekiyor \u00f6zel durum nedeniyle. B\u00fct\u00fcn mesele \u015fu. Sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmekten yana m\u0131y\u0131z de\u011fil miyiz. Siyasal partiler tavr\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nce b\u00f6yle belirlemeli. Sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmekten yanaysak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunur. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz bir \u015fey s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.
