Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ha\u015fim K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, durumu &#8220;Yasada yeri yok&#8221; diye a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Milliyet&#8217;in haberine g\u00f6re Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl ve Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da bakan\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6rende\u00a0CHP, MHP ve BDP\u2019den kimse yoktu. Anayasa Mahkemesi, Kurulu\u015f Y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc t\u00f6renlerine ge\u00e7mi\u015fte h\u00fck\u00fcmetin haricinde anamuhalefet partisine de davetiye g\u00f6nderiyordu. D\u00fcnk\u00fc t\u00f6ren i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi MHP ve BDP&#8217;nin davet edilmedi\u011fi, CHP&#8217;nin ise davet edilmesine ra\u011fmen kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yorumlar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak ger\u00e7ekler ak\u015fam saatlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Zonguldak\u2019ta miting yapan CHP lideri Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, partisindeki g\u00f6revlilere ve TBMM&#8217;deki sekreterine \u00f6zellikle sordu\u011funu, t\u00f6ren i\u00e7in davetiye gelmedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
