Hat\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131 gibi 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen uyu\u015fturucu operasyonunda \u00a0aralar\u0131nda Deniz Seki\u2019nin de bulundu\u011fu toplam 18 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Olay\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte Deniz Seki ile ili\u015fki ya\u015fayan H\u00fcsn\u00fc \u015eenlendirici&#8217;nin gazetecilere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;Kokainden g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duydum. \u00d6yle olsayd\u0131 beni niye almad\u0131lar&#8221; \u015feklindeki a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 ihbar kabul eden \u0130stanbul Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 soru\u015fturma ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Soru\u015fturmay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u0130stanbul Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015eenlendirici ile Seki\u2019nin arkada\u015f\u0131 Ne\u015fe \u00dcnal\u2019\u0131n dosyas\u0131n\u0131, ana dosyadan ay\u0131rarak, \u201cg\u00f6revsizlik\u201d karar\u0131yla Sar\u0131yer Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6nderdi. \u015eenlendirici ve \u00dcnal hakk\u0131nda, TCK\u2019n\u0131n 191\u2019inci maddesi uyar\u0131nca, \u201ckullanmak i\u00e7in uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde kabul etmek veya bulundurmak\u201d su\u00e7undan 1 y\u0131ldan 2 y\u0131la kadar hapis cezas\u0131 istemiyle kamu davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Mahkemenin tan\u0131k olarak dinlenmesine karar verdi\u011fi Deniz Seki, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde ifade verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u015fe \u00dcnal ile H\u00fcsn\u00fc \u015eenlendirici\u2019yi sanat camias\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Deniz Seki, &#8220;Ben, bahsedilen tarihlerde H\u00fcsn\u00fc \u015eenlendirici ile ayn\u0131 evde ya\u015f\u0131yordum. Bu d\u00f6nemde H\u00fcsn\u00fc, uyu\u015fturucu madde kullan\u0131yordu. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 madde kokaindir. Ayr\u0131ca Ne\u015fe \u00dcnal\u2019\u0131n da uyu\u015fturucu madde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahit oldum.
