CHP\u2019yi parma\u011f\u0131nda oynatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Parti yar\u0131n (bug\u00fcn) karar verecek tabii ama ben partinin yar\u0131n Meclis\u2019e girmeyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru olan\u0131n yemin etmeme oldu\u011funu belirten Deniz Baykal, &#8220;Hi\u00e7bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nermeyeceksin, \u2018anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7\u00f6zeriz. Bu vekiller de ko\u011fu\u015flar\u0131nda kals\u0131n\u2019 diyeceksin. Kusura bakmay\u0131n ama CHP bu aldatmacaya alet olamaz.\u00a0Sekiz ki\u015fi var ayn\u0131 durumda. Nas\u0131l oluyor da bir mahkeme bile 2007\u2019de Sebahat Tuncel karar\u0131na benzer bir karar alm\u0131yor da 8\u2019i de tutuklu kal\u0131yor. Art\u0131k T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yarg\u0131n\u0131n siyasi iktidar\u0131n etkisi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k. Maalesef bunlar \u00fclkemizin temel ger\u00e7ekleri. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yarg\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00fcvenerek hukuki karar beklemek art\u0131k safdillik. Bu durumun derhal d\u00fczelmesi laz\u0131m&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Deniz Baykal, yemin edip etmeyece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki soru \u00fczerine ise \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yoksa ben yar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p yemin etmeyi kendime yediremem. Kendine sayg\u0131s\u0131 olan herkesin bu de\u011ferlendirmeyi yapmas\u0131 laz\u0131m.
