Soru\u015fturma ile ilgili olarak &#8220;iddia&#8221; kelimesinin vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fikeye s\u0131f\u0131r tolerans mesaj\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan soru\u015fturma ile ilgili olarak sorumlulu\u011fun ise T\u00fcrk makamlar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u00f6zetle \u015f\u00f6yle denildi;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu ile s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fim i\u00e7indeyiz. 4 Temmuz tarihinde TFF&#8217;ye g\u00f6nderdi\u011fimiz mektupla da i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve destek mesaj\u0131n\u0131 ilettik. Bu mektupta UEFA, her t\u00fcr \u015fike olay\u0131na ve futbol m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7 faaliyetlerine kar\u015f\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131r tolerans tavr\u0131n\u0131 yinelemi\u015ftir. \u015e\u00fcpheli ma\u00e7lar, T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu&#8217;nun, T\u00fcrk yarg\u0131s\u0131 ve ceza hukukunun yarg\u0131 yetkisi kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle UEFA, bu konunun muhtemel sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda yorum yapamayacakt\u0131r. \u00a0Kul\u00fcplerin UEFA kupalar\u0131na kat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in, do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 herhangi bir \u015fekilde m\u00fcsabakalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyecek bir faaliyet i\u00e7inde bulunmam\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>UEFA, \u015eampiyonlar Ligi ve UEFA Avrupa Ligi&#8217;ne kat\u0131lacak kul\u00fcplerden bu konuda yaz\u0131l\u0131 taahh\u00fct talep ediliyor.
