Ard\u0131ndan mahkeme ba\u015fkan\u0131, Samast’a son s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sordu. Samast da, “Beraatimi istiyorum” \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Samast’a, ‘yasak silah ta\u015f\u0131ma’ su\u00e7undan da 1 y\u0131l 4 ay hapis cezas\u0131 verildi.

Samast, herhangi bir diyece\u011finin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemesi \u00fczerine Hakim \u00dcnal, karar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Karara g\u00f6re Samast, ‘kan\u0131tlanan eylemine uyan Hrant Dink’i tasarlayarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek’ su\u00e7undan a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbet hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Samast’\u0131n su\u00e7 tarihindeki ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 16 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmi\u015f 17 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamamas\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek ceza, 21 y\u0131l 6 aya indirildi.<\/p>\n

Og\u00fcn Samast’a ayr\u0131ca, ‘yasak silah ta\u015f\u0131ma’ su\u00e7undun 2 y\u0131l hapis ve 900 TL adli para cezas\u0131 verildi.
