Bu sistemin gelmesi ile birlikte normal do\u011fumlarda azalma sezaryanlarda y\u00fczde 45, ameliyatlarda y\u00fczde 81 art\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 iddiam\u0131n delilidir. Yanl\u0131\u015f uygulamalar nedeniyle 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam sa\u011fl\u0131k harcamalar\u0131 9.9 milyar TL iken, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 40 milyar TL oldu&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Aile Hekimli\u011fi re\u00e7etelerinin yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na 3 TL \u00fccret getirildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Aytun \u00c7\u0131ray, &#8220;Karnesini al\u0131p \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131na giden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z binlerce liral\u0131k katk\u0131 paylar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131nca \u015fok oluyorlar. &#8220;AKP H\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u015fimdi de Ye\u015fil Kart\u2019\u0131 kald\u0131rmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.
