T\u00fct\u00fcn mam\u00fcllerindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n tamamen g\u00fcncelleme oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u015eim\u015fek, \u201cMaa\u015flar, harcamalar artarken bu g\u00fcncellemeleri yapmazsak olmaz.
