K\u00f6t\u00fc ve eksik malzemeyle yap\u0131lan binalara Belediye ve di\u011fer kurumlar\u0131n denetimsizli\u011fi de eklenince facian\u0131n boyutu yine b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Deprem Vakf\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Hasan Boduro\u011flu BBC T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;ye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada denetimlerin eksikli\u011fine vurgu yaparak &#8220;Fazla denetlenmeyi sevmiyoruz. Denetimler eksik oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu yap\u0131sal hasarlar meydana geliyor. Yoksa deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fini yeniledik. D\u00fcnyadaki g\u00fcncel deprem y\u00f6netmelikleriyle a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 ayn\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kadar \u015fiddetli bir depremde bile hasar\u0131n t\u00fcmden g\u00f6\u00e7me olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Boduro\u011flu, &#8220;Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yap\u0131l\u0131p da g\u00f6\u00e7en binalar varsa bunlar\u0131n neden g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, neden denetiminin yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. \u00c7\u00f6ken binalar var; 55 bir yerde, 20 bina bir yerde.
