Ocak ve Temmuz aylar\u0131nda s\u0131ras\u0131yla i\u015f\u00e7i ve esnaf emeklisine y\u00fczde 4,22 ve y\u00fczde 2,78 oran\u0131nda zam \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ayr\u0131ca, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131nda kademeli intibak yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 da programda yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi Gazete\u2019nin m\u00fckerrer say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan programda Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu\u2019nun maa\u015f ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00f6demeleri de \u015fekillenirken yeni y\u0131ldan itibaren sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n toplam gelirlerinin 131,7 milyar lira, toplam giderlerinin 157,2 milyar TL ve gelir gider a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 25,5 milyar TL olmas\u0131 hedeflendi.<\/p>\n<p>Yine programda yer alan \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu prim gelirinden G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu Projesine 1.3 milyar lira kaynak aktar\u0131lacak. Fonun Bu kaynak i\u015fsizlikle m\u00fccadele ve kalk\u0131nma amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lacak.
