K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u0131srar\u0131n\u0131n nedeni ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 39 y\u0131l \u00f6nce hizmete giren \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;na yap\u0131lan 1. k\u00f6pr\u00fc (Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc) 40&#8217;\u0131nc\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bak\u0131ma girecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l kapal\u0131 kalacak k\u00f6pr\u00fc nedeniyle \u0130stanbul trafi\u011fi i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz bir hale gelecek. Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en fazla iki y\u0131l ertelenebilecek bak\u0131mdan \u00f6nce 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn hizmete girmesini istiyor. \u0130stanbul&#8217;a yap\u0131lacak 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu 414 kilometrelik Kuzey Marmara Otoyol Projesi&#8217;ne hi\u00e7bir teklif gelmemesi \u00fczerine Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6zkaynakla yap\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00f6zkaynakla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesine d\u00f6n\u00fck ele\u015ftirilere ra\u011fmen, beklemeden harekete ge\u00e7ilmesinin arkas\u0131ndaki sis perdesini SABAH aralad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>BAKIM \u0130\u00c7\u0130N SON YIL 2015<\/p>\n<p>1973&#8217;te hizmete giren \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;ndaki 1. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc) 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k a\u011f\u0131r bak\u0131m\u0131na k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre kald\u0131. Asma k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc 2 dev dire\u011fe ba\u011flayan \u00e7elik halatlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekiyor. Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131 30-40 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fimin mutlaka yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildirdiler. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden 40 y\u0131l ge\u00e7ecek Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn bu a\u011f\u0131r bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, 2013&#8217;ten sonra en fazla 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir erteleme daha yap\u0131labilecek. Bak\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 y\u0131l boyunca tamamen kapat\u0131lacak. \u00c7elik halatlar de\u011fi\u015ftirilirken, depreme kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da yap\u0131lacak. 200 milyon liray\u0131 bulacak bak\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda trafik tam anlam\u0131yla fel\u00e7 olacak.<\/p>\n<p>FAT\u0130H Y\u00dcK\u00dc KALDIRMAZ<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r bak\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul&#8217;un her iki yakas\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7i\u015f yapan g\u00fcnl\u00fck 550-600 bin ara\u00e7 i\u00e7in tek alternatif Fatih Sultan Mehmet K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc olacak. Bu durumda \u0130stanbul&#8217;un en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunu olan trafik, bak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz hale gelecek. Bak\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda ya\u015fanacak trafik sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn alternatifleri g\u00fcndemine alan Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ilk hedefi bak\u0131mdan \u00f6nce 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;y\u00fc hizmete sokmak olacak. Bunun i\u00e7in 414 kilometrelik Kuzey Marmara Otoyol Projesi etaplara ayr\u0131lacak. 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc ve 70-100 kilometrelik ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6zkaynak ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn 1 milyar dolara, ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131n ise 1.5 milyar dolara malolmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Kaynak i\u00e7in Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere ba\u015flayan Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netimi, kaynak sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zerek, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ihalesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirip, bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ilk kazmay\u0131 vurmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. K\u00f6pr\u00fc ihalesinin yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra in\u015faat yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 ayda tamamlanacak. B\u00f6ylece Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k erteleme opsiyonunu da sonuna kadar kullanacak olan Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bak\u0131mdan \u00f6nce 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;y\u00fc hizmete sokarak k\u00e2bus senaryosunu ortadan kald\u0131rmak istiyor. 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn hizmete girmesinin ard\u0131ndan kamyon ve t\u0131r trafi\u011fi tamamen bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Bak\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda tek alternatif haline gelecek olan 2&#8217;nci K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fc de y\u00f6nlendirmeler ve ucuz ge\u00e7i\u015f te\u015fvikleriyle hafifletilecek.<\/p>\n<p>MARMARAY RAHATLATACAK<\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131ca Fatih Sultan Mehmet K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn hafifletilmesi i\u00e7in 2013 sonunda Marmaray&#8217;\u0131 hizmete sokmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n devreye girmesiyle ilk etapta g\u00fcnl\u00fck 1 milyon yolcu iki yaka aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7i\u015f yapacak. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck yolcu kapasitesi 1.5 milyon olacak. \u00dcsk\u00fcdar-Sirkeci aras\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7i\u015fler 4 dakikada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc kullananlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn, ara\u00e7lar\u0131 yerine trenleri kullanmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu da iki yaka aras\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7i\u015flere k\u0131smi bir rahatlama sa\u011flayacak. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn alternatifi olarak g\u00f6sterilen otomobillerin ge\u00e7ece\u011fi t\u00fcp ge\u00e7i\u015f ise 5 y\u0131l sonra hizmete girecek. Bu nedenle Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn bak\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, lastik tekerlekli t\u00fcp ge\u00e7i\u015f projesi alternatif olmayacak.
