Haz\u0131rlanan yasa, anayasan\u0131n 2, 10, 6, 88, 127, 137 ve 138. maddelerine a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil etmektedir. Buna ili\u015fkin dilek\u00e7emiz haz\u0131r.
