Buna g\u00f6re, aksine bir vasiyeti veya beyan\u0131 yoksa, beyin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ki\u015filerin organlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131nda r\u0131za aranmayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Teklifin gerek\u00e7esinde, 2012 verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de toplam 20 bin 169 ki\u015fin organ bekledi\u011fi, ancak ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yap\u0131lan organ ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 320 oldu\u011fu belirtildi.
