According to the report, 55-year-old David Andahl, a candidate from the Republican party from the 8th region, leads the Democrats by 35 percent and 45 percent, respectively, along with Bismarck’s Dave Nehring.
However, Andah died on October 5 due to Kovid-19.
Stating that her son was very passionate and wanted to enter the parliament and help, his mother Pat Andahl said, “He was looking forward. He was looking forward to being a part of it.”
State Attorney Wayne Stenehjem stated that the votes given to Andahl should still be counted and if elected, an empty cadre will be created.
