China has denied all claims of participating in a cyber-spying campaign aiming at the Google e-mail accounts of top US officials, military personnel and journalists.
A chinese foreign ministry spokesman said it was “unacceptable” to accuse China.
China Spying on US per Gmail ?
Google has not accused the Chinese government directly, but Google officials stated the hacking bravado originates in Jinan, capital of Shandong Province in Eastern China.
The US-based company announced there was no security breach regarding the Google and Gmail servers, but indicated individuals’ passwords were obtained through fraud and minor hacking attempt.
