Israeli couple that won $20 million, the countries biggest ever lottery prize has finally turned up to collect the money after four months.

A couple from Israel who won the countries biggest ever lottery prize came to light over four months after the numbers were announced on December 26, 2009, saying they had no idea they had the winning ticket until they checked through 20 previously played tickets.
The couple were holding there check worth a mere $20 million amongst members of the Israeli press masked with the logos of the Lottery company, a custom that most Israeli lottery winners do due to privacy concerns.
The unidentified winners have said, they have no idea what they will do with the money they won.
The pair who won 74 million shekels ($20,063,000) will hand %25 or 18.5 million shekels ($5,018,312) as tax which is required by law.
If the $15 M (after tax), had been invested from the day of the winning, it would have accumulated to $45,000 in four months nearly twice the annual salary of the average household in Israel.
