Canada – The Queen of England has cancelled her appearance at the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo which she was planning to attend on her upcoming visit to Canada after organisers deemed the 17 steps that leads from the seating area to the platform to dangerous.

The Queen, 83-years-old and the Duke of Edinburgh, 88-years-old were planning to attend the event famous with it’s royal guests but apparently the queens representatives took offence of the remarks made by the Canadian organisers.
The Tattoo was original opened in 1979 by Queen Elizabeth the Queen’s Mother and was one of her favourite organisations. The royal title was given to Tattoo in 2006 honouring the Queens 80th birthday.
The Canadian organisers thought that the queen was too old to manage the stairs but was defended by her representatives saying the Queen regularly works the 47 steps of the grand staircase at Buckingham Palace.
The Queen’s representatives in Canada have reportedly said that if she cannot address the public from the stage then she will not be attending the indoor gathering in Halifax, Canada.
