Israel and Ukraine signed an accord on bilateral investments during an official visit of Israeli President Shimon Peres to Kiev on Wednesday.
Peres met his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovich in the Ukrainian capital and held talks at the presidential palace.
Earlier, an official welcoming ceremony was cancelled due to windy and rainy weather.
The two leaders signed an accord to promote bilateral investments in the two countries.
