Five and a half months after a serious skiing accident is Michael Schumacher no longer in a coma.

The former Formula 1 world champion had already left the hospital of Grenoble, told his spokeswoman.

Schumacher’s family thanked “all physicians, nurses, nurses and therapists in Grenoble, as with the first responders at the scene,” Kehm writes. This would have done an excellent job in the past few months. “For the future, we ask for your understanding that his further rehabilitation should take place outside of the public.”

The ex-racing driver had hit a rock on December 29 in Meribel skiing with his head. He had thereby suffered severe head trauma. The end of January, the doctors had begun in the hospital of Grenoble, initiate the recovery phase.
