Trump’s direct call to Iranian protesters: Keep going… Help is on the way
U.S. President Donald Trump posted a striking message about the demonstrations in Iran. Urging protesters to “keep going,” Trump said “Help is on the way” and announced he had cancelled talks with Iranian authorities.

As protests continue across Iran, Trump delivered a statement that is expected to further escalate tensions. In his post on social media, he addressed Iranian protesters directly and called on them to continue demonstrating. Referring to them as “Iranian patriots,” Trump urged protesters to “take over your institutions.”
Trump: Keep protesting, take over your institutions
In his post, Trump told Iranian protesters: “Iranian patriots, keep protesting, take over your institutions.” His remarks drew attention as an explicit show of support for the street movement in Iran.
A harsh message for those using violence
Trump also addressed allegations of violence against protesters, calling on demonstrators to “keep records.” He urged them to document the names of those involved in violence, saying: “Record the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price.”
“I walked away,” he said
Trump’s strongest message came on the diplomatic front. He said he would not engage with Iranian authorities as long as violence against protesters continues. “I have cancelled all talks with Iranian officials until the senseless killing of protesters stops,” he said.
He ended the post with: “Help is on the way”
Trump closed his message by repeating: “Help is on the way.” He also referenced his campaign slogan “MAGA,” using the acronym “MIGA” instead — “Make Iran Great Again.”
