A public case had been filed against Netanyahu and other defendants on charges including “crimes against humanity,” “genocide,” “damage to property,” “qualified looting,” “intentional injury” and “torture.”
The indictment also includes charges of “obstructing the movement of transport vehicles,” “hijacking or detention” and “deprivation of liberty.”
