Brazilian National Football side manager Dunga announces his 23 man squad for the FIFA 2010 World Cup held in South Africa.

The five time winners of the biggest competition in, international sports have named their 23 man squad which will be competing in the FIFA 2010 World Cup South Africa.

The biggest surprise by the Brazil manager, Dunga, former Brazilian World Cup winner in the 1994 World Cup held in the United States, was that Ronaldinho was left out of the squad.

The Two-time world player of the year, Ronaldinho and Adriano were both left out of the World Cup squad.

Another interesting choice by the manager of Italian and German descent is that rather then choosing an official squad of 30 players and then dropping to 23, Dunga has chosen his 23-man squad right away.

Dunga has been head coach of the Brazilian National Side since July 2006 with a very impressive record with the national team as he has won 45 games out of 63 games which he has managed.

Ronaldinho and Adriano, the former Inter Milan star will now only take part in the competition watched by billions around the world only if there is an injury in the squad.

A surprise selection by Dunga has been, former Manchester United and Besiktas attacking midfielder José Kleberson who is currently playing for Brazilian side Flamengo.

Bellow is the 23 man squad of the Brazilian National team which will compete in the FIFA 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

  1. Brazil performance was not bad, however,I still believe Ronaldinho would make the team more penetrating. The world saw what Dunga has on the bench, Ramires, shame, if Kaka have a bad game who will come to win close game. all the best to Brazil they still make the game look special to watch.

  2. Well, sir Dnga knows he chose not to select Ronaldinho to play, very sad indeed. Hope Brazil goes on d field today with only one objective in mind-To take back thier cup from Italy. I have the hope and confidence un the Brazilean players who are indeed very fond of football, just take back what is rightfully yours. I, Anna Beckford will not lose hope nor sell out. No day

  3. ronaldhino deserve it. he was one poor p;ayer when he had money he went after whores and drugs. his on the bensh with barca and his national team didnt askd for him. just another player who ruind his career

  4. Since, i have seen the brazilian squad for FIFA 2010 W/C, i always keep thinking how can they win the competition in the absence of TWO GREATEST OF ALL time, RONALDO & RONALDINHIO. In my opinion Mr. Dunga is in great trouble and will have to face severe consequences, if GOD 4 BIT, they don’t win. Even though my best wishes are with BRAZIL for ever. I love you all.

  5. i think brisil has very good chance to win the cup..the man to watch in team is kaka. he is great player.idont think dropin Ronaldinho is horror. he was in the team last year but was not up to the mark.not even closer to his quality so buddy world cup can not be won by big names..performing players only can win cup for team..and i think brasil and spain has that team…
