Fatih Terim “Even Sir Alex Ferguson did the same thing”

Fatih-Terim-Argue

In the last Turkish league match Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim get a storm of anger and he di give example from Sir Alex Ferguson’s referee argue.

A very tense Spor Toto Super League week 28 match, in which Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim and his two assistants were expelled to the stands, saw 10-man Galatasaray come from behind to thrash Mersin Idman Yurdu and maintain sole possession of first place

Then the Galatasaray bench went completely out of control in the 44th after coach Fatih Terim angrily bounced the ball on the ground in protest of a foul awarded against Turkey midfielder Hamit Altintop and was ordered to the stands by the referee.

Beaten by Real on Wednesday, his team down to 10 men and trailing Mersin 1-0 Terim almost lost his mind. He remonstrated against the referee’s decision, went into the field and almost engaged Abay in physical combat but was restrained by his players and officials.

Terim took a swipe at the referee, also implying a plot. “We are aware of what is being done at our club. Who can say it wasn’t a reaction against my player when I bounced the ball on the ground?” he asked.

“If I was expelled for bouncing the ball, thanks fine. But that’s what you get from making someone mad and angry,” he added.

And he also scolded NTV football analyst Ridvan Dilmen, a former Fenerbahçe striker and coach, for advising Terim on what he should and shouldn’t do and for saying on his program that “the referee did not make any call against Galatasaray in the second half.”

“Here I have a word for Ridvan,” he noted. “I know which approach is good and which is bad. And I don’t admire his [Ridvan’s] approach. Let him be careful about what he says. If I do wrong or right, I will say it myself,” he added.

“Of course I make mistakes sometimes. But I think it is a disgrace to send off a man like me who has served Turkish football for 40 years. I have given my life to Galatasaray and referees must respect me.” – Fatih Terim.

Even Sir Alex Ferguson did same thing ı cant say now  what he did told the refere but he never be sending out of pitch just paid 12.000 £  penalty money

Freguson-Argue-with-Referee

Didier Drogba’s weird and wonderful lob for Galatasaray against Mersin was not the only note worthy moment of the Super Lig match on Saturday that saw the league leaders emerge as 3-1 winners.

Just before the break, with Gala 1-0 down, Terim totally lost it, throwing the ball on the ground and generally getting rather irate.

Superstars Drogba and Wesley Sneijder came across to calm down their coach but referee Suleyman Abay was having none of it and sent Terim and his assistants to the stands.

Talk in Turkey suggests Terim is facing a touchline ban of between 8 and 10 games in total.

Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim is facing a 10-match suspension for criticising the referee during his side’s league match against Mersin.

Terim, who leads the Istanbul club in their return leg Champions League quarterfinal match against Real Madrid Tuesday, was banished to the stands with a number of his coaching staff during Saturday’s game, which Galatasaray won 3-1, as per report.

The manager, visibly angry, at one point went on to the pitch, grabbed the matchball and violently threw it to show his anger about a string of decisions.

The official match report, said Terim insulted the referee and a Turkish football federation representative.

The TFF was expected to make a decision on the incident in the coming days and could impose a severe sanction.
