“I will not start a European war,” said Britain’s defense minister

Putin’s behavior is irrational, said British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace, but Britain will not start a European war.

“I will not start a European war. But I will help Ukraine fight on every street, using any technique we can pass on to them,” he told the BBC.

Mr. Wallace also noted that Russia will not stop after Ukraine.

“Putin’s behavior is irrational. He does not believe that the Baltic states are really states. We must all oppose him.”
