Louis Vuitton opens the doors of a pastry-chocolate shop in Paris

A stone's throw from the Pont Neuf, this new Louis Vuitton-branded address celebrates the sweet creations of chef Maxime Frédéric.

Opposite the Cheval Blanc and La Samaritaine, the LVMH group continues to spread its vision of the French art of living with the inauguration of LV Dream. A new cultural space, which brings together an exhibition space, a shop but also and above all a café expert in fine pastries and gourmet chocolates.

With an opening scheduled for December 12, the place is led by Maxime Frédéric (Cheval Blanc’s pastry chef).

Uncompromising on the quality and origin of his ingredients (such as hazelnuts and eggs from his own farm in Normandy), he makes, among other things, a chocolate éclair with the Louis Vuitton logo or even a vanilla-hazelnut-chocolate cake decorated with Monogram.

To take away, these creations can also be tasted, on site surrounded by green plants and facing a view overlooking the Seine. While a stone’s throw away, the chocolate factory awakens the regressive pleasures of childhood with checkerboard-shaped bars, a marshmallow in the shape of Vivienne, the French house’s mascot, which revisits the comforting taste of a chocolate bear or more monogrammed sweets.
