Maison Russe inaugurates a terrace for the summer

Hidden in a patio populated by trees and flowers inspired by the universe of Visconti, this new address contains a bonus bench.

Many people are familiar with the warm salons of Maison Russe. This expert restaurant in caviar, piloted by Paris Society (Bambini, MUN, Girafe, CoCo…), which was inaugurated last fall in Paris. On the other hand, few know that behind the facade of his mansion, with a Gothic roof, now hides a confidential terrace surrounded by greenery.

Open just in time for the arrival of fine weather, the place extends across a 1000m2 patio populated by immaculate trellises climbed with plants, overflowing basins of flowers, trees, vintage lampposts, fringed parasols and of statues of Greek goddesses. Inspired by the universe of Visconti’s films, the decor by Laleh Amir Assefi also includes wrought iron furniture adorned with rustic fabrics.

Facing the ocean, the place has a shellfish bench which offers seafood platters made according to the rules of the art (langoustines, whelks, prawns, oysters or even lobster). While purists will be able to taste the essentials of the house: smoked salmon, coulibiac, linguine with caviar… But also a strawberry-basil pavlova and a chocolate tart.

Cherry on the cake? An attractive cocktail menu designed especially for the summer season.
