A student from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee/United States was arrested in class after an argument escalated to the point where one of the students through a water bottle at a fellow student.

The majority of the incident was filmed on the cell phone of another student who then uploaded it on the popular video sharing website, Youtube.

The student has since taken the video off the video sharing platform but it has since been re-uploaded by other users of the website.

Witnesses of the incident at the University of Wisconsin told National Turk-US, that the argument broke out  during a discussion about an exam.

School officials has announced that an internal investigation is under-way which will determine if the student known as Roby Foster, will be let back into the University.

Foster had argued with other class mates and the class teacher for several minutes before police arrived to take her out of the university premises. When the police had arrived at the scene the teacher told the police that Foster had disrupted class and threatened two students.

When the police tried to escort the women, Foster was heard saying “I ain’t going no where, so you gotta carry my a** out of here, ”

Three police officers forced Foster on the ground after resisting arrest and put handcuffs on her.

Foster asked the officers “Why do you have handcuffs on me,” where one of the officers said “for disorderly conduct”

Foster was then heard threatening the class teacher while being escorted by the officers.

The incident has made headline news in the U.S. with the debate of whether 24-year-old foster should have been arrested in the classroom in front of other classmates.
