Iran makes explosive claim: “A 9/11-like attack is being planned”
Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, claimed a plot is being prepared to frame Iran for a major attack. He alleged that remaining members of the Epstein network could stage an incident similar to the September 11 attacks and blame Iran.

As tensions between Iran, the United States and Israel continue to escalate, a striking statement has come from Tehran. Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, claimed that a major attack could be staged in an attempt to portray Iran as responsible. According to Larijani, individuals linked to the remaining members of the Epstein network may be planning an operation similar to the September 11 attacks and attempting to place the blame on Iran.
Claim of a “9/11-like plot”
In a message shared on social media, Larijani alleged that a conspiracy was being prepared to hold Iran responsible for a large-scale attack.
Larijani wrote:
“ I have heard that the remaining members of the Epstein network are preparing a conspiracy to organize an event similar to 9/11 and attribute the responsibility to Iran. Iran fundamentally opposes such terrorist plans and has no war with the American people. We are defending our country against the aggression initiated by the United States and Israel. Iran stands firm to teach the aggressors a lesson.”
Tensions enter day 16
The ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States and Israel has now entered its sixteenth day, with military activity continuing across the region. Iranian officials maintain that the country is acting in self-defense, while Western governments say they are closely monitoring developments.
