jovit_pgtAccording to reports Baldivino received 48.81% of the votes in which three finalists went against each other to win the much loved talent contest.

The two runners-up were the Velasco Brothers who wowed the judges and viewers with their breakdance and Baguio Metamorphosis, the dance group. Both runners-up received P1-million ($21,150).

Baldivino the winner of the Philippines Got Talent contest which was held for the first time in the impoverished country, has urged other singers from the country, not to stop dreaming.

The young boy was also likened to Arnel Pineda the International artist from the Philippines, in which many have said Baldivino’s voice is very similar.

  4. Jovit is really a great singer and he deserved to be the champion in that big PGT event.

I was so amazed of his voice and his courage to join the contest. Siyempre Batangeno rin ako. Proud ako sa kanya.

God has a purpose why Jovit won this event. In my point of view, everyone has a big hope in this world kasi we were born to succeed.

Always we should think that we were born with all the potential to succeed and we can achieve any goal we want to have.

Furthermore, when we were born we had no negative thougts, no limiting beliefs, no self doubts and we could do anything.

But on our journey through life, we stopped believing that. We started to doubt ourselves, we started to let negative thoughts fill our minds, and maybe somebody told us that we can’t succeed or that life is hard and we believed them.

Jovit will be the model of our young generations and the right message to our young achievers that povery is not an hindrance to fullfil our dreams.

I salute him for his success.

Lastly, please Jovit make yourself be focussed on to Jesus Christ, the son of God, who gave his begotten son sa ating lahat para sa ating mga gawang mali at di karapadat sa paningin ni Lord.

    God bless you always!
