Former US President Donald Trump is apparently trying to collect donations for a new private plane. His plane had to make an emergency landing last Saturday due to engine damage.
The US magazine “The Hill” has received an email from Donald Trump’s team asking his supporters for financial help for a new plane. Under the title “Update Trump Force One”, supporters of the “Save America PAC” are told that a new aircraft should be built. Trump is said to have explained in the email that they have been working on it for a long time. “I can’t wait to show everyone,” Trump said.
A private plane carrying former US President Donald Trump had to make an emergency landing last Saturday due to engine failure. After taking off from New Orleans, the machine returned to the city’s airport in southern Louisiana, as confirmed by Trump’s environment. It had apparently been made available to Trump by a wealthy supporter.
A link in the email leads to a donation page asking for donations “of any amount”. In his first campaign for the US presidency, Trump used a Boeing 757 with his name written in large letters. According to “The Hill”, the machine is currently unused at an airport in the Orange County district.
