Following the new update in the election results, the race in the state, which Trump led by 1267 votes as of yesterday, seems to have turned in favor of Biden with a difference of 917 votes.

Vote counting continues in the state with 16 elective delegates.

Although two days have passed since the presidential election in the US, it remains uncertain which candidate won.

According to the provisional results in the states where the vote count has been completed, former Vice President Joe Biden, a Democratic Party candidate, has won 253 elective delegates, and President Donald Trump, a Republican Party candidate, has 214 elected delegates.

While the candidate who wins most of the votes in a state wins all of the elective delegates he has, depending on the population size of that state; For a candidate to win the presidential race, they must reach a total of 270 elected delegates.

In the states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Alaska, which represent a total of 71 elective delegates, election results are still unclear. Trump leads the race in the states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Alaska, while Biden is closer to taking the lead in Nevada, Arizona and Georgia.

If the candidates leading the elections in 6 states where the results are not yet clear, they will win a total of 33 elective delegates from Biden, Arizona, Nevada and Georgia, increasing the number of delegates to 286 and reaching the minimum number of delegates required to win the election.

If Trump wins in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Alaska, where he leads the race, he will reach 252 with a total of 38 selective delegates and finish second.

Different elections in the contested states may change the delegate arithmetic in favor of both candidates.
