The power struggle between the government and the Constitutional Court in Turkey continues: Only the judges declared the blocking of Twitter and YouTube illegal. Now the court tilts parts of Erdogan’s Justice Reform.

The Turkish Constitutional Court wants to limit the influence of government on the judiciary. The judges have tilted important parts of a recently adopted by Erdogan Cabinet reform.
