Magnitude 6.8 earthquake jolts eastern Indonesia

A magnitude 6.8 earthquake has struck eastern Indonesia, authorities said Wednesday.

There have been no reports of casualties so far, but several buildings were destroyed, according to the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics.
