Spain’s La Liga returns to action

Spanish La Liga will resume on Thursday after a nearly three-month pause due to the coronavirus outbreak.

A close title race is in store as Real Madrid are just two points behind Barcelona’s 58.

All matches in the football league, which was suspended on March 12, however, will be played behind closed doors.

It returns with derby match between Sevilla and Real Betis at Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium in Seville.

Sevilla are in the third place with 47 points, and Real Betis on the 12th spot with 33.

While Barca will face Mallorca on Saturday in an away match, Los Blancos will host Eibar on Sunday.
