After his football career, Vincenzo Montella started his career as a coach. He had his first coaching experience in AS Roma’s infrastructure. Later, he served as a technical director in Serie A for clubs such as Fiorentina, Sampdoria, AC Milan and Catania. The experienced coach also took charge of Adana Demirspor in Turkey after coaching Sevilla for 1 year.

One of the greatest achievements of Montella’s managerial career was taking Fiorentina to the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League. Throughout his coaching career, Montella has adopted a style that emphasizes offensive football and organization in his playing philosophy.
