Chelsea win Oscar New target Edinson Cavani Latest Chelsea News / Chelsea Transfer News

Internacional Brazilian midfielder Oscar is on the Stamford Bridge anymore.

Chelsea have been told by Internacional they must pay over £25m if they want to secure the signing of highly-rated young midfielder Oscar. Internacional president Giovanni Luigi says he wants the potential deal with the Blues “to be the biggest transfer deal ever in Brazilian football.”

Chelsea have agreed a £25million deal in principle to sign Brazil international Oscar. The European champions have been chasing the Internacional star for several months, while Tottenham also wanted the 20-year-old. Chelsea were said to have failed in a previous £20m bid for Oscar, but are now understood to have succeeded with an improved offer.

A transfer could now be finalised, despite the playmaker’s agent having previously claimed a move to Stamford Bridge was looking increasingly uncertain. Oscar is expected to arrive in the United Kingdom on Tuesday with the Brazilian Olympic team.

The youngster, capped six times for his country, is regarded as one of the best young talents in Brazil.

Chelsea Transfer News : Chelsea Set to Move for Edinson Cavani

Chelsea are about to open talks with Serie A club Napoli over the potential signing of highly-rated striker Edinson Cavani. The price  £35 million, a fee that is sure to raise eyebrows in southwest London. But it is Cavani’s reported demand of wages in the amount of close to £150,000 a week that might be a potential stumbling block. This is surprising in itself. The club have already sanctioned a £32 million move for Belgian whizz-kid Eden Hazard, with his wages believed to be close to £200,000 a week

Last season Cavani struck 33 goals in all competitions, bringing his total tally to 66 whilst at Napoli.

Since moving from Palermo in 2010, Cavani has emerged as one of the premier attacking talents playing in Europe. The Uruguayan has become known for his blistering shots and fantastic ability in the air.

At 25 years of age, he is also entering the prime of his career.

The move would be an attempt by manager Roberto Di Matteo to replace striker Didier Drogba, who last month completed his transfer to Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua.

With Fernando Torres already on the books, the transfer would raise doubts over who the club’s number one option in attack would be, with Di Matteo already this month stating that Torres’ place in the team wasn’t guaranteed

With the probability that Roman Abramovich’s spending is not yet concluded, Chelsea fans can expect their club to be linked with more of world football’s biggest talents this Summer.

Chelsea Transfer News: Petr Cech Excited by New Signings

Petr Cech recently signed a new long-term deal with Chelsea, and the Czech Republic goalkeeper believes the European Champions have a great future ahead of them.

Chelsea have already bought Eden Hazard, Marko Marin and Kevin De Bruyne, with Brazilian youngster Oscar expected to be their fourth addition.

Praising the new signings made by the London club so far, Cech believes the fresh recruits will play an important part in what is seen by many as the beginning of a new era for Chelsea. “I think they are getting used to the squad, the language and the atmosphere at the club,” the 30-year-old, who has been with the club for eight years, told the club’s official website.

Bir Yorum

  1. The Owner can buy and sell who he likes, I think this sort of thing happens all the time at Chelsea and aborad where most of the time the guy picking the team just coaches the players and has little or no say in who comes and goes from the club, even in the club where the Manager is powerful like Sir Alex Ferguson at Man Utd I don’t think it would be required for him to sign Transfer Form, that would probably be left for the Chief Executive.References :
