A Memorial service was organized for Colombian Super Model and presenter, Lina Marulanda who tragically died after dropping from the sixth floor of her apartment.

Lina Marulanda was a much loved person in Colombia and was in the lime light from the age of 12-years-old. Her looks and personality were noticed from an early age by Colombian TV presenters and her beauty and good heart left Colombians in love with her.

With just 24 hours passed of the news of Marulanda dyeing, by her doctor Alberto Acevedo, a memorial service was held for the Colombian Supermodel through a glass where her coffin lied.

It has since been confirmed that the 29-year-old model and presenter had lept to her own death and police are saying they do not believe a second person was involved.

With just five months past after the late South Korean Supermodel Daul Kim committing suicide, the news of Marulanda has shocked the modeling world once again.

But what is causing all of this trouble for models. We know one thing and that is Marulanda admitted in 2004 that she was under immense pressure while she was a teenager because of the fact that she was under the spotlight so often.

Marulanda said ”I feel so much regret that I left a normal child hood just so I can go to parties, after a certain time these things get old and you try to do news stuff. ”

“The stress of getting so much attention from such a young age is not easy as no matter how much money you earn, you are not ready for that”

Marulanda was also an educated individual and completed university like so many supermodels around the world. She studied advertising at the University of Tadeo Lozano in Colombia.

So how right is it to fling children or teenagers in front of a camera at such a young age and say, “pose”?
