This is the luxurious condo that Marc Anthony bought in Miami

The well-known Puerto Rican salsero Marc Anthony acquired a new property in Miami last year for which he has paid 11 million dollars, according to reports from The Real Deal portal.

The luxurious 8,400-square-foot apartment is located in Downtown Miami, at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, and belongs to the One Thousand Museum building designed by architect Zaha Hadid.

According to the real estate report, the singer paid his escrow in cash in May of last year, and took out a $7.7 million loan from Bank of America two months later.

In images published by Marc Anthony on social networks, you can perfectly distinguish the size of his new apartment, which was acquired after another Coral Gables property was put up for sale.

It was a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot oceanfront mansion at 300 Costanera Road that he sold for $22.4 million to a buyer who has not revealed his identity.

This house previously belonged to the granddaughter of Facundo Bacardí and had 4 hectares with access to the beach, in addition, it was decorated in a Mediterranean and tropical style.

For its part, the One Thousand Museum is one of the tallest apartment towers in the world: it is 215 meters high and has 62 floors.

Chris Lepine, director of the Zaha Hadid project, has revealed that its structure constitutes “a frank dialogue between the architecture and the engineering of the building”.

This condo has sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, a multifaceted glass facade, plus an aquatic center, lounge, and event space.

The building also has ample parking, gardens, terraces and swimming pools for residents. It has a private rooftop helipad, a spa, a 6-star welcome lobby and a panoramic glass elevator.

Now, Marc Anthony enjoys several amenities in his new apartment whose purchase includes large bay windows, a kitchenette in the master bedroom with wet bar, sink and refrigerator, wet floors and walls lined with imported porcelain tiles, and solid doors.

Other high-profile buyers also reside in this building, such as LoanDepot billionaire Anthony Hsieh, who paid $19.5 million for an apartment on the 52nd floor, as well as James Ridinger, founder and CEO of Market America, and soccer star David Beckham with his wife, designer Victoria Beckham, who paid $19.8 million for a unit on the 59th floor.
