Both photographers and culinary experts, they are unveiling their favorite Greek salad recipe this summer.
The Social Food Greek Salad Recipe
-8 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cases of wine vinegar
-1 pinch of salt
-2 turns of the pepper mill
-2 tsp dried oregano
-350 gr of cherry or grape tomatoes
-1/3 red onion
-1 green pepper
-1 tsp of capers (optional)
-150 gr of FETA of very very good quality
-15 beautiful kalamata olives
Preparation / Greek Salad Recipe
Coarsely chop the tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper. Cut the onions into rings. Arrange on a plate without trying to make it too aesthetic, add the olives, a splash of vinegar, salt and pepper. We put the feta on top with a lot of olive oil and finally the dried oregano. Drink the juice at the end it is mandatory.
